Made with Sipsmith London Dry Gin of truly uncompromising quality and character, these are dark chocolate truffles with a white chocolate, cream, Sipsmith Gin and natural Juniper centre, lightly dusted in icing sugar. Simply divine!

Dark chocolate (55.1%) (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (soya lecithin), white chocolate (28.6%) (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier (soya lecithin), natural vanilla flavouring), single cream (milk), icing sugar (cane sugar, anti-caking agent (tri-calcium phosphate), Sipsmith VJOP Gin (57.7% vol) (3.3%), natural flavouring (juniper). Dark chocolate contains cocoa solids 60% min.
